Privacy policy
Draft for review. This is a plain-language starting point and is not legal advice; have it checked against the laws of the markets you serve (India's DPDP Act, UK GDPR, EU GDPR and relevant US state laws) before publishing.
What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, website, the challenge you describe and any context you add. Our website itself does not set tracking cookies or use third-party analytics unless this policy is updated to say so.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare for a conversation with you, and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Client engagement records are kept for as long as needed to meet contractual and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the details on the contact page and we'll respond within 30 days.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on business email and document services with servers that may be outside your country. We choose providers with appropriate safeguards and will name them on request.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date below and, for material changes, tell existing contacts by email.
